What does “1867” mean?

Rachel Rentschler also began in multi family property management in 2007. She worked as a leasing agent while she finished her Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln. After graduation in December 2008, she was offered her a full time position in charge of training other leasing agents and ensuring top-notch customer service to the tenants and prospective tenants. In 2016, she obtained her real estate salesperson license and in January 2017, she started her career with locally owned real estate company as a full-time real estate agent. Since then Rachel has continued to be in the top 1/4 of the company’s top producers. She is very involved in mentoring the new agents and has taught several classes to the other agents regarding technology and social media. Rachel is also involved in the REALTORS® Association of Lincoln as the 2021 chairperson of the Housing Advocacy Committee, YPN Committee Member plus started and continues to organize a quarterly Lunch and Learn series open to all the REALTORS® in the Lincoln area. And now she is excited to be following her dreams, in owning a brokerage, with a respected colleague.
